As a mosaic artist with a background in political studies, I explore both the personal and the political through the tactile and visual language of mosaics. My work celebrates the interplay of color, light, and texture, transforming each tile into a piece of a larger story. What excites me most about mosaic art is its ability to reflect and absorb light, creating dynamic pieces that shift with the surroundings and reveal new layers over time.
